On the second of this month I had the pleasure to participate in a project that Finish School presented at MOCA in Los Angeles. The project was called Executive Order Karaoke. We helped change some of the most popular karaoke song lyrics to executive orders from the las 8 years. Tammy Hawk host the show amazingly. Then Finish School offer a stimulus check of $250 for the best singer. Lots of people showed up. The show was great, and it got great reviews. I was so happy to be part of this event.  In the following picture is Lauren, and her funky socks, we played Secret Agents protecting our presidents.

Cypress College has great artists all the time. This month we, yes we because I go to this awesome College, have a show with ceramics, named Aniform. A mixture of students, Professors and other artists put their work of animals in ceramics to show in the gallery. I love it, it puts one to shame to see so much talent. All the pieces were animals or pieces morphed with animals. The big piece of the show is a 30 feet whale which I can proudly say I helped, well I was there for thirty minutes for the making of it, and in thirty minutes walked out with a splinter in my hand without doing anything. Molly one of my favorite Professors asked me to take some pics, so these are some of the pics I took. Everyone should go see in person before the whale dies, they were not able to build a big enough aquarium for it.

Like 3 or 4 weeks ago I decided to go back into the Studio, something I haven’t done in about a year or so. With the help of some of the bests friend I can ask for, Shelly and Kim. I was so happy that they were late cause it gave me time to set up and get in touch with my studio skills. The shoot was great cause I didn’t know what I wanted, i just wanted to play with the lights. They were both great and it was so much fun.   

 

Britney McKinnon is by far one of the most original persons ever. Britney is both my sister’s best friend, so in the last 8+ years she has been in our lives. Britney has a personality that makes you believe that everything and anything can happen, she has such a gregarious and bubbly personality that keeps you laughing all day. I’ve always been thankful for having her in my life, she keeps you in perspective, She has gone through a lot and has accomplished a lot.  She is an aspiring actress and great thing are to come in the future cause she really has talent and a personality that rocks my socks off. Here are some picture we took by Old Town Orange for a call back she had about a sitcom.  

I love the light in the one on top. The two under, the contrast of the wall and her eyes are great.
