Last night, October 20th, a bunch of class mates and my teacher from my Available Light Class met up in Hollywood, right in front of Mann’s Chinese Theater. It was a bunch of us, all geek-up with our camera’s and ready to find interesting things in Hollywood. The city is filled of amusing places and interesting people that for some reason manages to blend just perfectly. The there is plenty of light, which was perfect for our Available Light class. The right amount of flashing things + a little bit of creepy alley and you have a good night. We all had a nice time. Its always fun to hang out with fellow photographers and just do what we like most. (at least in my case). Here are some of the pics I took.

When told me she wanted to get some pictures in LA I told her i wanted to go early. She was nocking at my door 7:30 on that Saturday. Britney McKinon, Michaela Travieso, and my sister were on the way to La around 9, and we got there in like 30 minutes. The interesting part of this day for me was the fact that after watching 500 days of summer I was very interested in finding the places where they filmed it. There is this scene where the couple go to this park in the middle of downtown, well I found it! I was such a geek. We ended having to go home early cause one of the passengers was feeling “sick”. Sick of us that is.

Aaron Dieppa ask me to assist him in a wedding he was shooting on the 18th of this month. Lan Bui was second shooting. The wedding was at Fullerton’s Villa Del Sol, which is a awesome location right in downtown Fullerton. Dominic and Candance are a beautiful couple and so was their wedding, from great food to a cigar bar, yes, a cigar bar!!! I had a great time. Working with Aaron and Lan is always the best.
